A BSW-led feasibility study led directly into design of New Braunfels, Texas’ first recreation center. During the design process, the project expanded to 74,000 SF with the addition of a second gymnasium and an indoor lap pool. This facility is the first of its kind in the area, setting a new bar for quality of life projects in central Texas. Participation is already far exceeding expectations.
